We carry out a thorough inspection of the property prior to your purchase. Our detailed inspection process is based on the Standards Of Practice Of The American Society OF Home Inspectors and the Ontario Association Of Home Inspectors.

Buying a new house.

We carry out a thorough inspection of the warranty components of you property prior to 30 days after the closing date of the property or prior to the completion of the first year warranty period. The report is to be submitted to both the builder and the Tarion Warranty Program. As former home builders we are uniquely qualified to critique appropriate construction details in new home construction.

Construction advice

As former home builders we offer valuable information on: planning, contruction and maintenance projects.

Condominium Inspections

We carry out both resale and new condominium warranty inspections. Most people are unaware that condominiums are protected by the Ontario New Home Warranty Plan.
